Attendees agree that the conference will be photographed and recorded and consent to allowing their image and recording to be used. Attendees agree to abide by the CCC Code Of Conduct.
THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to all purchases of goods and services by CloudTraining.IO LLC located at 1010 N Wood Street #PBCC, Chicago Il 60622 (dba Chicago Cloud Conference) (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”) and Purchaser. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to plan, host, and organize an event known as the Chicago Cloud Conference (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”). Organizer shall make reasonable effort to host Event as described in descriptions available on website webpage at http://chicagocloudconference.com/about , which Purchaser agrees may change with or without notice. Purchaser will participate in Event via following conditions (initial applicable terms and conditions). All Purchaser funds are non-refundable. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without application of conflict of laws principles. Purchaser hereby stipulates that the matters addressed in this Agreement are important, and gravely affect the effective and successful conduct of Organizer’s business, as well as reputation and good will, and that any breach of the terms of these Agreements constitutes a material breach from which the Purchaser may be enjoined.
